This can be in the preparation of a go-live of SAP system upgrades or new implementations. But also after go-live such as with in-depth training.
Because we can master your specific business processes fast and also know the SAP logistics system itself well, is it possible to teach your users "best practices" tailored to your company and their roles and authorisations. Something they probably won't learn at generic SAP standard courses or with trial and error.
With international roll-outs we can train users in their own language. We fluently speak English, French, German, Dutch and know the specific technical terms.
Using the SAP system at their daily work, we are stand-by to help users to answer their questions or perform troubleshooting. Troubleshooting sometimes is necessary when abnormal events occur. There are several possible causes for abnormal events. Such as insufficient knowledge of how the SAP system is intended to work, inconsistent data after a migration, or a system configuration which is not yet final.
With troubleshooting we can show users where problem causes are, how they can avoid them, and how they can correct the situation. In case of technical causes, we can act as interface between the users and IT specialists/consultants. Off-loading the users so they can get on with their normal work.
